Some properties have their own cancellation policies that may differ from our standard policy. These will be clearly stated on the relevant property page. The property-specific policy takes precedence over this general policy.
During peak seasons (Diwali, New Year, school holidays) and special events, stricter cancellation policies may apply. These will be communicated clearly at the time of booking confirmation.
